We will require the following information prior to any decision being made:

- Most recent risk assessment (s)
- Any clinical report or assessment
- Relevant education information or SEN

We will respond quickly and offer a value for money cost structure that we believe you will find attractive and below average costs for the private sector.

The fees will include all reasonable mileage incurred by carers, pocket money and clothing allowance for the young people.
